Senior Full Stack Engineer - Angular / NodeJS / Java

Job Summary:

The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications supporting managed account platforms. This role focuses heavily on front-end development using Angular and TypeScript, while also integrating APIs and backend services using NodeJS and Java. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build cloud-based solutions, improve automation processes, and enhance user experiences for financial advisors and clients managing investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain large-scale enterprise web applications. Build front-end components using Angular and TypeScript to create responsive and high-performance user interfaces. Develop and integrate backend services and APIs using NodeJS and Java. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments using AWS services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and developers. Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative product development. Implement automation and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency. Write and maintain unit tests and automated test scripts to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance. Maintain documentation and follow software engineering best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong front-end development experience with Angular and TypeScript. Experience building backend services using NodeJS. Knowledge of Java for API development. Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems. Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with database technologies such as DynamoDB or Oracle. Experience working in Agile Scrum development environments. Knowledge of software design patterns and engineering best practices. Experience with test automation frameworks such as JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, or Serenity. Experience implementing continuous integration and automated testing strategies.
