We're looking for engineers who take ownership of the problems they solve, work closely with users to understand their needs, collaborate effectively across teams, and build thoughtful, high-quality software that is resilient and dependable. You'll become a domain expert in your area of the business, deeply understanding its users, workflows, and challenges. From there, you'll own products and solutions end to end—including design, architecture, development, testing, security, and reliability—with the goal of delivering measurable improvements to your team's business KPIs. Here's what you'll do Operate in a full-stack capacity, driving the solution definition process within our technology stack. Improve our standards of quality, operational maturity, review and release processes, and development lifecycle. Develop scalable, simple, fast, robust solutions to solve complex problems for the airline. Build effective working relationships within the team and across the engineering organization. Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity and Excellence. Here's what you need to be successful Minimum Qualifications 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience with software development industry. High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility. Strong background in coding, algorithms, and data structures. Experience with microservices, monorepos, and distributed systems. Deliver high-quality projects on schedule, setting a strong example for junior engineers on effective practices and work standards. Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
