• Own architecture for return lifecycle, disposition, WMS/3PL sync, inventory correctness with OMS
• Lead high-stakes integrations where correctness and latency both matter
• Break ambiguous problems into work other engineers can execute
• Raise quality across the cloud: standards, reviews, reliability
• Mentor seniors; multiply the team through design docs and clear decisions
• Grow leadership capacity as we scale eng teams What we're looking for
• 7-10+ years building production systems; senior+ scope for several years
• Deep full-stack + backend (TypeScript / Node.js / React / AWS or equivalent)
• Complex multi-system integrations (WMS, 3PL, ERP/OMS, ecommerce)
• Architecture ownership across a product area
• Strong written communication
