FacilIQ is a cloud-based proptech platform that helps real estate operators manage the full asset lifecycle in one place, from capital planning and R&M tracking to bidding, contracting, site audits, and incident reporting. The software centralizes property and vendor data, streamlines oversight, and provides real-time visibility across portfolios of any size. Teams can monitor performance, identify issues quickly, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency. FacilIQ is designed to be intuitive and scalable, supporting users whether they manage a handful of properties or thousands. Role Description The Mobile Application Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Farmington, UT. In this position, the developer designs, builds, and maintains mobile applications that connect real estate operators and their teams to FacilIQ's platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, refining existing functionality, integrating APIs, and ensuring responsive, intuitive user interfaces. The developer collaborates closely with product managers, backend engineers, and QA to translate business requirements into scalable mobile solutions, while continuously improving performance, reliability, and security. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, writing clean and testable code, and contributing to technical documentation and code reviews. Qualifications Strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience delivering production-ready Mobile Applications. Proficiency in Application Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Hands-on experience with iOS Development, including working with native frameworks and tools. Familiarity with modern mobile architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVC) and RESTful API integration. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to debug complex issues, write unit tests, and optimize performance for mobile devices. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site. Experience in proptech, real estate, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
