Job Description

Job Description A client is seeking Product Engineers to build and maintain modern full-stack web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and SQL while developing new AI-powered product capabilities. They will work closely with customers, product, design, and research teams to understand user workflows, gather feedback, and translate business requirements into impactful product features. On a daily basis, they will own development efforts from concept and technical design through deployment and ongoing enhancements, creating prototypes and proofs of concept to validate ideas and accelerate delivery. The role requires designing intuitive user experiences that make AI-enabled workflows easy to understand and use while contributing to product strategy and helping define how intelligent systems integrate into healthcare environments. They will also collaborate with stakeholders to balance technical decisions, user needs, and business objectives while continuously improving product functionality and performance. You'll partner closely with customers, design, and research teams to understand real-world workflows and build products that make complex automation feel intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical problems while also thinking deeply about user experience and product design.   • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on React development experience.
  • Strong experience developing full-stack applications.
  • Proficiency in: ○ React ○ TypeScript ○ Node.js ○ Python ○ SQL
  • Experience owning features and projects from design through production deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mentality with a focus on creating solutions for end users.
Experience building AI-enabled products, workflows, or user experiences. Passion for AI and its practical application within business processes. Strong product mindset with an emphasis on user-centered design. Experience partnering directly with customers to gather requirements and shape product direction. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator. Experience creating prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and product demonstrations. Healthcare industry experience or exposure to healthcare workflows. Experience balancing technical feasibility, business goals, and user experience considerations.
