We're developing AI systems that don't just answer questions—they perform real work. Our team is building production-ready AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, intelligent automation systems, and custom tools that automate website development, SEO, customer service, business operations, and internal workflows. If you're looking to build the future of AI instead of simply using it, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Design and build production AI systems. Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Create custom MCP tools and integrations. Develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning and executing complex tasks. Integrate leading AI models including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source LLMs. Build scalable APIs and backend services. Create automation pipelines connecting dozens of systems together. Develop internal developer tools and AI workflows. Optimize AI performance, latency, reliability, and cost. Stay on the cutting edge of AI frameworks, models, and infrastructure. Required Experience We're looking for someone with real production experience—not someone who has only built prompts.

You should have experience with:

Understands AI architecture beyond prompt engineering. Can design systems from scratch. Writes clean, scalable, maintainable code. Loves solving difficult engineering problems. Learns new AI technologies quickly. Can work independently with minimal supervision. Takes ownership from idea to production. This Is NOT the Job For You If Your AI experience is limited to ChatGPT prompting. You have never built production AI applications. You don't know what MCP is.
