ATG is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability Job Summary ATG is seeking a Systems Programmer (Web/SharePoint) to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Code 104. The selected candidate will design, develop, maintain, and support SharePoint-based applications, web solutions, and collaboration platforms while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient delivery of enterprise web services. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites, web applications, and portals. Design and implement custom SharePoint solutions using modern development practices. Develop workflows, forms, dashboards, and collaboration tools. Perform SharePoint administration, configuration, and content management. Troubleshoot application, web, and SharePoint issues and implement corrective actions. Support system integration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management. Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides. Ensure compliance with RMF, STIGs, and Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in software development, web development, SharePoint programming, computer design, or computer networks. Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification. Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 investigation. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power Platform. Knowledge of .NET, C#, PowerShell, or related scripting languages. U.S. Citizenship.
Desired:
Microsoft SharePoint or Power Platform certification. Experience supporting NAVSEA or Department of the Navy. Experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365. Physical and Environmental Conditions Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers.
