Job Description Senior Technical Architect Fairfax (city), Virginia Job Summary We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Consultant with 15+ years of experience supporting and enhancing enterprise PeopleSoft environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive application enhancements, support business-critical operations, and lead complex integrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead support, maintenance, and enhancement of PeopleSoft applications. Design, develop, and implement solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, SQR, BI Publisher, and Oracle SQL. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues and performance concerns. Lead system upgrades, PUM/Image updates, migrations, and enhancement projects. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Develop and support integrations with enterprise and third-party systems. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management standards. Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership. Skill Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 15+ years of PeopleSoft experience in a large enterprise environment. Strong expertise in one or more modules: PeopleSoft HCM PeopleSoft Financials PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) Other Requirements Hands-on experience with: PeopleCode Application Designer Application Engine Integration Broker Maximum Salary (US): 160,000 Minimum Salary (US): 127,000 Apply now Job Alerts Link
