Job Summary Our client is seeking multiple Full Stack Engineers to support the development of scalable, cloud-native applications and innovative digital solutions. This role will focus on full stack development, AWS cloud technologies, and AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate software delivery and enhance engineering productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience with at least two modern programming languages, cloud development, and enterprise-scale application design.

Location:

McLean, VA (3 openings), Richmond, VA (1 opening), or Remote (U.S.) Core Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications and services Build scalable cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS technologies Develop software using at least two of the following languages: Go, Python, JavaScript, or Java Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver technical solutions Utilize Claude and other AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and code quality Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions Support application performance, scalability, security, and reliability initiatives Implement and maintain CI/CD processes and development best practices Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves) Previous Financial Services industry experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Go, Python, JavaScript, or Java Strong AWS cloud experience Experience utilizing Claude or similar AI-powered development tools Understanding of software architecture and modern application development practices Experience working in Agile environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience building microservices and distributed systems Knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices Experience developing and supporting CI/CD pipelines Experience with serverless and cloud-native technologies Background supporting large enterprise environments Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Adaptability in a fast-paced development setting Passion for innovation and continuous improvement Commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions

The approximate pay range for this position is between $56.00 and $80.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
