Core ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture & Ownership Own the complete Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, integrations, and multi-cloud design Make final architectural decisions on platform design, customization, and scalability Ensure system performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability Manage technical debt and platform evolution strategy Integration Architecture (MuleSoft) Design and implement API-led integration architectures using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform Build and manage APIs, Mule flows, and CloudHub deployments Define integration patterns (SOA, EAI), data mappings, and error handling Enable seamless connectivity between Salesforce and ERP, banking systems, and enterprise APIs Develop and maintain RAML-based API specifications Solution Design & Delivery Translate business requirements into scalable, end-to-end technical solutions Lead architecture reviews and approve solution designs Drive adoption of event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC) Governance & DevOps Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and architecture governance Implement CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and environment management Define enterprise API strategy and lifecycle management Security, Data & Compliance Design secure systems using OAuth, SSO, and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD) Ensure data integrity using sharing rules, access controls, and governance frameworks Support compliance and enterprise security standards AI & Innovation Lead implementation of Salesforce AI (Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot) Establish AI governance, safety, and responsible usage frameworks Drive continuous innovation by leveraging new Salesforce capabilities Leadership & Collaboration Act as the primary Salesforce technical authority Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams Mentor developers and admins to build technical excellence Identify risks and define mitigation strategies for complex initiatives Required Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years in architecture/lead roles Strong experience in multi-cloud Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Data Cloud) Hands-on experience with MuleSoft (APIs, RAML, CloudHub, integrations) Expertise in
