Insight Global is seeking an Application Engineer for one of our large industrial manufacturing clients. This individual will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working directly with transformer OEMs to deliver high-performance insulation solutions using advanced Diamond Dot Paper coating technology. The role blends hands-on engineering expertise with consultative sales, offering the opportunity to influence product innovation, support manufacturing excellence, and drive revenue through technically sound, customer-focused solutions.

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering , Chemical Engineering , or Materials Science 3-5+ years of experience in application engineering Direct experience within the power transformer / electrical insulation industry or experience within the paper industry. Strong customer-facing, consultative communication skills
