Responsibilities:

Analyze technical requirements and develop technical solutions Perform MS SharePoint user and group management Develop solutions for business process automation Provide users with support on MS SharePoint Develop custom MS SharePoint pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows and scripts Promote adoption through user training Identify and troubleshoot technical issues Develop and maintain KM tools, repositories, and dashboards Lead efforts to standardize documentation and streamline access to critical data Support analysts, editors, and leadership with organized, accurate, and easily retrievable information

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of knowledge management experience within the IC Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to include MS SharePoint TS/SCI w/ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled
