  • Your role and responsibilities
  • As an Application Developer with expertise in Red Hat Cloud FullStack, you will implement omnichannel systems of engagement during the project delivery phase.
You will utilize your strong foundation in software architecture and experience in API and Microservices-based architecture implementation to deliver cloud-based solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
    Design and Implement Systems:
    Implement omnichannel systems of engagement, mapping existing components and functionalities to Red Hat OpenShift specific services, ensuring seamless integration and efficient system performance.
      Develop Cloud Native Applications:
      Apply cloud native development principles and containerization/serverless computing fundamentals to develop scalable and secure applications, leveraging expertise in at least one technology such as Node.js, Spring boot, or .NET.
      • Collaborate on
      Solution Delivery:
      Work collaboratively to deliver cloud-based solutions, utilizing experience with Red Hat OpenShift and API and Microservices-based architecture implementation to drive successful project outcomes.
        Optimize Application Performance:
        Utilize knowledge of Servicemesh computing fundamentals to optimize application performance, ensuring efficient and reliable system operation.
          Develop Front-end Applications:
          Apply familiarity with Angular.js, JavaScript, and CSS to develop user-friendly and responsive front-end applications, enhancing overall system usability.
          • Required technical and professional expertise
          • Provide Tier II/III support for incident troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation in accordance with SLAs/SLOs.
          • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for operational incidents.
          • Monitor and analyze system performance; execute tuning and corrective actions to ensure availability and stability.
          • Administer, configure, and automate Red Hat OpenShift environments supporting scalable, secure application deployments.
          • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support DevSecOps integration with development teams.
          • Coordinate with mission partners and stakeholders to resolve incidents and ensure system interoperability.
          • Must possess a TS/SCI security clearance at time of hire and be able to pass a CI Poly
          • Must be able to sit onsite 5 days per week in Springfield, VA
          • Preferred technical and professional experience
          • Experience with Service
          • OpenShift certification or similar certification
          • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
          • Experience configuring and deploying containerized applications on OpenShift using Kubernetes best practices.
          • Familiar with implementing GitOps workflows for automated, declarative deployments.
          • Strong working knowledge of Linux system administration in support of containerized environments.
          • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or ELK stack.
          • Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps and continuous improvement methodologies.
