Job Description

The pay for this position is between $75,000 and $95,000 annually. 3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage! 9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time Join one of Vermont's Best Places to Work for SIX years in a row! Core Skills and Experience Enterprise Application Administration Administration and support of EMR/EHR platforms, especially Credible or comparable behavioral health systems Administration of ERP, HRIS, and finance platforms such as UKG , Workday, ADP, or similar System configuration, security roles, permissions, workflows, and templates Troubleshooting application level issues across clinical, operational, and financial systems Managing vendor relationships, support tickets, upgrades, and release testing Integrations and Technical Skills SQL querying for reporting, validation, and troubleshooting Experience with APIs, data feeds, and flat file integrations (SFTP, CSV, scheduled jobs) Scripting or programming experience (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar) Understanding of data flows between EMR, ERP, reporting, and external partners Experience working with middleware, ETL tools, or custom integration logic Supporting downstream tools such as Power BI, dashboards, and operational reports Healthcare and Compliance Knowledge Understanding of healthcare workflows in behavioral health or human services Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy, and role based access controls Exposure to documentation requirements, audits, and compliance reporting Ability to translate clinical or operational needs into technical solutions Operational and Collaboration Skills Ability to work directly with clinical, quality, finance, HR, and leadership teams Translate non technical requirements into system configuration or development work Participate in change management, testing, training, and go live support Strong documentation skills for processes, integrations, and system behavior Comfortable operating as a systems owner, not just support Licensure and Certifications Strongly Preferred Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent professional experience Nice to Have Healthcare IT or EMR specific certifications (vendor specific is fine) SQL or database related certification Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or data analytics certification Security or compliance related training (HIPAA, healthcare privacy) Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
