From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Key job responsibilities- Develop embedded software in Rust, C, C++, or other modern languages.
- Write device drivers and system applications for the various satellite systems and device interfaces like
I2C, SPI, CAN
etc.- Develop Linux Kernel / RTOS features
- Develop security features for satellite systems.
- Work closely with other software and hardware teams to support board bring-up and integration.

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
