Workforce Management/SharePoint Developer - (4265) Job Title Workforce Management/SharePoint Developer Location

(Primary) Job Type Full-time Job Description SUMMARY Develop AMB SharePoint page. Coordinate and synchronize AMB SharePoint sites. Maintain AMB SharePoint page and assist AMB divisions with SharePoint pages. Data entry of new Federal staff members into HPC for temporary display in PopFon until their ESS profile becomes available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist AMB divisions in development of SharePoint sites. Maintain and update WFM intranet webpage as needed. Perform quarterly review of WFM intranet webpage for accuracy, including but not limited to weblink maintenance, information updates, and program timelines, etc. Notify DOE Visitor Control when staff move between the offices in reorganizations or transfers based on promotions. Request addition of new office locations in ESS (where a building is not listed in the drop-down menu; primarily affects our Facility Representatives). Review HPC Nightly Load Errors Report and resolve anomalies. Review HPC Monthly Multiple Profiles Report Federal Employee data and resolve conflicts. Assist new employees with population their ESS profile once they have access to ESS AND notify HPC Administration to delete hardcoded entry. Perform periodic review of PopFon to ensure employees have correctly populated all ESS fields and assist employees in processing updates needed as anomalies are found (i.e. missing information such as room #, phone #, MSIN) (suggest quarterly at a minimum). Data entry of GSSC staff as they are onboarding and as they terminate their contractual relationship with DOE. Review of Monthly HPC Multiple Profiles Report GSSC Employee data and resolve conflicts. End-of-Year HPC validation of GSSC staff which contracts being renewed in the next FY. Create and manage reports in Human Resources Reporting Application (HRRA). Finalize new employee profiles in HRRA. Manage awards program ESP updates and modifications requirements. Assist AMP in updating

GSSC ORG
Charts to EM monthly. Assist with PowerBI and Adobe documents as needed. Assist WFM with data analysis, training and workforce activities, awards management, and staffing support as needed. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.

None. Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining SharePoint Sites and WebPages. An associate degree in business or a technology related field. Four (4) years of experience primarily working in the field of employee and labor relations. Four (4) years of experience using Microsoft related programs in a professional environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI. U.S. citizenship required. Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, to interpret information, advise supervisor, resolve problems, conduct meetings/briefings, conduct investigations, and interface with all levels of management throughout the Hanford Site, sufficient to perform the major duties of the position. Ability to plan, organize, and direct complex work, sufficient to perform the major duties of the position. Knowledge of the Hanford Site's goals, objectives, organizations, programs, missions, and functions preferred. Excellent knowledge of Adobe and Adobe Pro applications
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project. TRAVEL The expected travel time is less than 25%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a professional office setting, including the normal office equipment (e.g., computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of seeing up close and sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE
Pay range: $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
