Job Description
DescriptionThe AWS Certificate Manager (ACM) team is in need of engineers who want to change the way developers across the world think of TLS/SSL certificates. You will work with AWS customers and internal developers on projects critical to the security of communications and identity on the internet. You will get the opportunity to change the way systems interact with certificates, turning a traditionally painful interaction to a painless and automated experience. Key job responsibilities Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market. Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed. Build distributed storage, index, and query systems that are scalable, fault-tolerant, low cost, and easy to manage/use.

- 3+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 3+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 3+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience
- 3+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming languagePreferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
