Application Engineer Benefits & Compensation Base salary based on experience ( $85,000 - $115,000 ) plus potential annual bonus Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Short-term and long-term disability Generous PTO Positive culture with work-life balance Application Engineer Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Electrical preferred 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting Fluency and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish Experience with electro-mechanical products Familiarity with National Electric Code and UL test standards Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Effective communication and writing skills Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team Application Engineer Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding product selection, application support, and problem resolution Provide technical support for internal and external customers, including our subsidiary in Mexico Quote custom engineered products based on core device offerings Travel to customer sites to inspect applications and address installation issues Assist in certification and new product development projects as needed Monitor the engineering department's inbox to ensure timely support If you're a skilled bilingual engineer eager to leverage your expertise and make an impact within a supportive, growing company, this role could be your next great opportunity.
