Specific tasks and skills include:
Product Configuration Management:
Translate customer or business requirements into structured product configurations, ensuring consistency across builds and releases.Compliance Oversight:
Ensure products comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., FDA/3A, safety, data privacy, industry-specific rules).Build & Release Coordination:
Manage digital or physical product builds, media libraries, and release schedules, often in agile environments.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with engineering, product management, operations, QA, legal, and compliance teams to align product features with compliance needs.Documentation & Traceability:
Maintain configuration management databases (Master Specifications) and traceability matrices to link requirements to product features.Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate compliance risks during product development and deployment.Engineering Tools:
Understanding of CAD management (NX) in a PLM environment (Teamcenter) Your profile and qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Preferred Associates Degree in Engineering , IT, or Business considered Experience in NX (preferred) or other 3D modelling Experience in Microsoft Office applications Experience with PLM preferred Experience with SAP 5+ years of experience in product development environment Experience in BOM management Good work ethic Strong team player Well-developed communication skills both written and oral Self-starter The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $90,000- 105,000 per year plus bonus.
