Senior Embedded Systems Engineer Richfield, WI Full-TimeOn-Site$120,000 - $125,000 /yr Posted March 17, 2026 Embedded Systems Engineer III Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing embedded systems solutions for various applications. This role requires a strong technical background in embedded systems, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Design and develop embedded systems for various applications Implement communication protocols to ensure reliable system performance Work with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) to develop efficient applications Interface with peripherals and ensure proper integration Write and optimize code in C and C++ for embedded systems Conduct testing and debugging of embedded systems to validate performance Collaborate with hardware engineers to design and debug PCB layouts Document design processes and maintain project documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages Strong understanding of communication protocols and RTOS Experience with peripheral integration and PCB design Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) PTO Paid Maternity/Paternity Leave Disability Insurance For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
