Our engineers work directly with customers to develop hydraulic solutions that power some of the world's toughest equipment. Overview We're looking for an Application Engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and working directly with customers. In this role, you'll partner with our Sales team to design hydraulic systems, provide technical expertise, support prototype development, and help customers bring innovative equipment to market. If you enjoy combining engineering design with customer interaction, this could be the perfect opportunity. What You'll Do Design hydraulic transmission systems for mobile equipment applications Develop hydraulic schematics and Bills of Material Support prototype testing and product validation Serve as a technical resource for customers and distributors Partner closely with Sales to develop customized solutions Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation Support CRM activities and technical documentation What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field Strong engineering fundamentals Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Ability to manage multiple engineering projects Preferred Hydraulic systems experience Mobile equipment experience Machinery operation experience Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting Travel Approximately 20-25% travel throughout North America One week annually at Poclain headquarters in France Why Join Poclain?
