Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a Software Engineer to support a major identity and access management transformation initiative, migrating from SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role will focus heavily on API development, integration work, data transformation, and automation efforts that enable a successful migration to the cloud platform. The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. While experience with SailPoint is beneficial, we are primarily looking for an adaptable engineer with solid development fundamentals and strong communication skills. This position is project-focused and offers an opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders while contributing to a high-impact enterprise modernization effort. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain APIs that support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) integrations. Participate in the migration of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Build and support data transformation processes required for identity and access management workflows. Develop and enhance internal Blazor-based applications used to interact with SailPoint ISC. Create and maintain technical documentation, testing procedures, and automation solutions. Collaborate closely with team members, including Dwayne and Lauren, to deliver project objectives. Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and system optimization efforts related to identity management solutions. Contribute to code reviews and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable software. Work within an agile development environment to deliver project milestones and enhancements. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or systems integration. Strong experience developing and consuming REST APIs. Proficiency in C# and .NET development. Experience working with data integration, transformation, and automation processes. Understanding of modern software development practices, including testing and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. Experience developing applications using Razor or Blazor. Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD development practices. Experience supporting cloud-based application migrations or modernization initiatives. Exposure to enterprise security, identity governance, or access management solutions.
