Enough hands-on coding ability to stay technically credible

Comfort in a role that's 80-90% people leadership

Experience working directly with product managers

Willingness to work on site in Birmingham, AL, 8-5

Experience managing through a front-end framework migration (e.g., Angular to React) or similar modernization effort
