Software Development Team Lead

ITAC is helping a great organization in Birmingham, AL as they search for a Lead Software Developer to oversee the software design process for products they are developing. In this position, you will develop and test software to ensure it meets the needs of our clients, performing code reviews and providing feedback to junior developers and engineers. C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Compensation:

 $120 - 125K, depending on experience What You'll Be Doing Leading a team of developers with clear technical direction and mentorship. Overseeing architectural decisions to ensure system scalability and security. Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams across the organization. Driving best practices in coding, version control, testing, and deployment. Designing and maintaining core software components in .NET and SQL. Supporting Agile initiatives alongside a dedicated Scrum Master. What You'll Need to be Considered Experience communicating across both business and technical teams with clarity.

Extensive experience working in .Net, SQL, CSS, and HTML. Ability to mentor developers and promote strong team dynamics. Comfortable working onsite in a high-collaboration environment. Exposure to or interest in React as the team evolves toward new tech stacks. INDIT
