Compensation $140,000 - $170,000 What You'll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of software developers and a database administrator. Translate business requirements into scalable application functionality. Design and manage application integrations across business systems. Develop and maintain reporting solutions and data extracts. Review code, guide architecture decisions, and support development best practices. Collaborate with executives and business leaders on technology initiatives. Manage vendor relationships and software development policies. What You'll Need to be Considered Experience leading and mentoring software development teams. Strong background in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development. Experience building system integrations and working with web services. Experience with C# development. Experience supporting or integrating with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred. Comfort presenting technical concepts in executive-level discussions. #
