• What you'll do:
• + Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.

+ Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks to support scalable, secure development. + Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, championing DevOps architecture and CI/CD practices. + Implement cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to improve reliability and efficiency. + Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and promote technical quality and compliance standards. + Manage stakeholder relationships to align engineering efforts with business goals and track operational metrics. + Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and products.

• What you'll bring:
• + Proven leadership in platform engineering, overseeing software and AI/ML system delivery aligned with strategic roadmaps and milestones.
