THE WORK

We are seeking a Manager to lead a Ground Software & SW Infrastructure Agile Product team supporting multiple OPIR (Overhead Persistent Infrared) programs. Must have an active secret clearance, location is either Boulder, CO or Longmont, CO.

In this position you will:

Be a part of the Missile Warning and NGG Ground OPIR programs. We will be providing next generation ground systems

• open architecture/open framework systems that will provide the customer with the flexibility to meet the demands of a rapidly changing environment.

Lead a SAFE Agile Product team of 15-20 individual contributors in support of product team execution whose primary focus is on the design, development, and testing of a combined hardware/software solution for operational delivery. Assist the existing leadership team with vetting, hiring, staffing and building strong teams. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader, someone who loves a challenge and always rises to the occasion to ensure success of those around them. They embrace modern development practices and insist that others do as well. They will be a self-starting leader, adapting to new tools/processes and will be eager to introduce automation when necessary. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000

• $236,325.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
