Description:

You will be the Associate Software Engineering Manager for the F-35 Maintenance System Software Team. Our team is responsible for developing and configuring platform for F-35 Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN) Program.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline, Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred Software Engineering Management or Software Engineering Team Lead experience Software development or networking experience Agile development experience

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket) and Gitlab Experience with Process Improvement and Affordability initiatives Advanced knowledge of CI/CD principles Experience with Model-Based Engineering (Cameo) Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) experience Project Management experience Experience preparing and delivering briefings to leadership
