This role serves as the primary point of accountability for solution outcomes, reducing fragmented ownership, minimizing escalation driven delivery, improving consistency of execution, and ensuring build to run transitions and run stability are explicitly owned and measurable. This role leads cross functional delivery teams responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining solutions on a customized Salesforce platform and hybrid technology stack.
