We re searching for a Senior Engineering Manager who is passionate about people, process, and progress. Your Leadership Scope You ll take ownership of a mixed-capacity engineering group approximately 14 developers (a blend of full-time engineers and contractors). In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and develop engineers across varying levels of experience Drive measurable outcomes across delivery, quality, and operational health Own end-to-end delivery for critical products and initiatives Promote engineering best practices across performance, security, reliability, and automation Partner closely with Product, Architecture, and business stakeholders to align priorities and strategy Foster a culture anchored in accountability, autonomy, learning, and continuous improvement What Success Looks Like In your first 12-18 months, success means: Faster and more predictable delivery cycles Higher team engagement and noticeable improvements in morale and ownership Visible innovation new ideas, prototypes, and shipped value that moves the business Stronger cross-team partnership, not just within your immediate group A leadership brand respected across the engineering organization Our Technology Landscape We re on a multi-year modernization path, shifting from legacy monolithic systems to a modular, event-driven, and composable architecture.
