Job Description

Overview Join our innovative team as an AI Automation Manager, where you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge automation solutions leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of intelligent systems, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive digital transformation across diverse business functions. As a vital member of our technology leadership, you will oversee cross-functional projects, manage complex infrastructure, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Duties Collaborate with software development teams to create APIs and applications using languages like Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, and .NET frameworks. Manage virtualization environments utilizing VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Citrix to support scalable deployment of automation solutions. Oversee system administration tasks across Windows Server, Linux, Oracle databases, Microsoft SQL Server, and SAN storage systems to ensure high availability and security. Implement security standards aligned with PCI compliance, NIST guidelines for information security, network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs, and disaster recovery planning. Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of automation initiatives. Lead vendor management efforts for technology procurement and service agreements related to IT infrastructure components like Cisco routers, switches, SANs, and network hardware. Promote Agile methodologies within teams to foster collaboration, rapid iteration, and continuous delivery in software development cycles (SDLC). Drive innovation through DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines for application deployment while maintaining rigorous testing standards. Skills Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for deploying scalable AI solutions. Proficiency in virtualization technologies including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Citrix environments. Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN architectures, DHCP/DNS services, VPNs, firewalls, Cisco routers/switches. Hands-on expertise with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, C#, Java; familiarity with HTML for web-based interfaces. Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, Oracle Database systems; experience with SAN storage management. Familiarity with IT security standards including PCI compliance and NIST cybersecurity frameworks; experience implementing network security measures. Skilled in system administration across Windows Server (including IIS), Linux distributions; adept at PowerShell scripting for automation tasks. Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure involving server management, network engineering, disaster recovery planning & business continuity strategies. Strong analysis skills to evaluate system performance metrics; ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams; capable of translating technical concepts into clear language for stakeholders. $61,937.17 - $75,000.00 per year
