Senior Manager, Software Engineering
Job Description
An established software company serving the financial services industry is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple product engineering teams in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) focused on modern SaaS platform development, distributed systems, .NET microservices, and AI-enabled engineering practices. This position offers the opportunity to influence a large-scale platform transformation while leading teams responsible for customer communications, workflow automation, and content management solutions. The organization is investing heavily in modern architecture, AI-driven software development, and long-term product innovation. The ideal candidate enjoys building high-performing teams, coaching engineers, contributing to technical strategy, and remaining engaged in architecture and design discussions.
