Who We're Looking For We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead Engineer with a strong background in PMPC Software Test. The ideal candidate will possess an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance and the ability to obtain Special Program Access, requiring U.S. Citizenship. You should have a Bachelor's Degree and extensive experience in programming languages such as Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, or Python, coupled with significant experience in hardware/software integration, emulation, and testing. Proven leadership in software teams and projects, along with a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, are essential. Experience with software architecture, embedded systems, mission systems software on aircraft platforms, and distributed/containerized architectures is highly desirable. Familiarity with Linux and Windows development, Agile methodologies, safety-critical software, and secure development environments will further strengthen your application.
