As a Director of Software Development I, you will lead a team of talented developers to create cutting-edge solutions that address complex business challenges. Your role will involve strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software applications. What you'll do: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing direction and guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications that align with Fiserv's strategic goals.
