Software Engineering Manager
LOCATION
Kennett Square, PA (Full-time telework permitted)
DUTIES:
Lead full lifecycle of debt instrument data extraction, including integration with Large Language Model (LLM) for automated data extraction, with human-in-the-loop review to ensure data extraction accuracy. Manage representation of debt instruments within a proprietary data model and their presentation as part of the portfolio management system. Collaborate on solution-level design, ensuring alignment with RESTful API design principles and event-driven architecture patterns.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2 years in any job title involving experience in software engineering, including backend and frontend full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and collaborative enterprise software delivery. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years in any job title involving experience in software engineering, including backend and frontend full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and collaborative enterprise software delivery.
Prior experience must include:
3 years of experience using C# and TypeScript, including code review and implementation of backend services and frontend applications; 3 years of experience designing and implementing RESTful API principles; 3 years of experience with event-driven architecture, including design and maintenance of data processing and integration pipelines; 1 year of experience with Git-based workflows and platforms; Working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, including deployment and operation of cloud-based applications; Experience with automated testing practices, including ensuring test coverage and enforcing code quality standards; and Creating and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines. Full-time telework permitted. Up to 10% domestic travel required to Kennet Square Office for in-person meetings.
SALARY:
$170,000/year
