$120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus Overview We are seeking a Development Manager to lead a 14-person engineering team across software development, web applications, and Microsoft-based platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong influence over architecture, design, and delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale systems within a highly collaborative environment.
