What You'll Bring Must-Haves:

3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications. Strong experience in frontend using React, C#, .Net. Experience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices. Proficiency working in collaborative development environments utilizing source control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies. Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Colorado Applicants:

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
