Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to create reliable, high-impact solutions that drive measurable value for customers around the world. What You'll Deliver Deliver high-quality, customer-focused software solutions that enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of Litera's products. Drive the development of modern cloud-based applications, APIs, and user experiences that support business growth and customer success. Translate business needs into impactful technical solutions through close partnership with product, design, and engineering teams. Improve engineering velocity and software quality by effectively leveraging AI-powered development tools and modern development practices. Contribute to a culture of technical excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build secure, resilient, and maintainable applications that meet evolving customer and business requirements. Support the adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities that enhance both product functionality and engineering effectiveness. What You'll Bring Must-Haves:
3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications. Strong experience in frontend using React, C#, .Net. Experience building web applications and APIs using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and software development practices. Proficiency working in collaborative development environments utilizing source control, code reviews, and Agile methodologies. Experience using AI-powered development tools or coding assistants to improve productivity and software delivery outcomes. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Exposure to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, or deployment processes. Colorado Applicants:
The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $135,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
