The Jobat aGlance We're looking for an engineering leader with 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering leadership. In this dynamic role, you'll lead our exceptional, senior engineering team and collaborate with business stakeholders to build customer-facing solutions that transform the way foodservice operators run their businesses. You'll be collaborating with our product team, including UX, QA, data, and infrastructure resources to develop and support best practices in release management, automated testing, DevOps, AI-assisted development, product support, and more. You'll gain valuable experience in all of these areas alongside an excellent, collaborative team, and you'll have growth opportunities as our product continues to evolve. • You have 3+ years of engineering management and team leadership, including building teams, measuring and managing performance, and implementing processes to drive continuous improvement
• You have excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to collaborate effectively around complex topics
• You have experience leading day-to-day engineering best practices in collaboration with product, UX, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• You have direct experience leveraging AI tools for both AI-assisted coding and development of user-facing functionality. This includes building agentic solutions into products and business processes.
• You have In-depth knowledge and experience standing up QA processes and tools
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
