Key Responsibilities:

Manage software enhancement and release activities Coordinate with project teams, vendors, analysts, and QA resources Support testing, UAT, and production deployments Track project timelines, priorities, and status reporting Oversee documentation and system support activities Lead meetings and provide regular progress updates.
