In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative technologies, driving digital transformation, and ensuring the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions for our customers. You will have a transformative impact on our business by leveraging emerging technologies, such as cloud computing and data analytics, to enhance operational efficiency, improve productivity, and drive sustainable growth. Your strategic thinking, technical expertise, and ability to drive innovation will be instrumental in positioning Honeywell as a leader in the life sciences industry. You will report directly to our Chief Technology & Software Portfolio Leader of Process Automation and work out of our Hamilton, New Jersey location on a hybrid work schedule.
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including software, cloud, and IoT. Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive technology innovation and transformation. Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions that drive business growth with a solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture principles. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.
WE VALUE
Bachelors and advanced degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated domain experience. Experience in digital transformation and industrial IoT with knowledge of industrial operations and processes. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability. The annual base salary range for this position is $218,400-$272,800. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. Provide strategic direction for technology investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead and develop a high-performing global engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts with other business functions and key stakeholders. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. Manage and optimize engineering resources, budgets, and timelines, while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
