Job Description
The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for leading analysis, programming, and configuration of end user applications or systems software including both systems analysis and programming or configuration of packaged products created by third parties. While managing a department or small unit within the IT department, this job recommends operational strategies and plans that have direct impact on results. This role also influences business decisions made by leadership.

Base Pay Range:
$146,000/yr - $198,000/yr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
