Job Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer for a contract opportunity in Fort Worth, TX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
):
  • 3-5 Years of JIRA experience required
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Strong discipline in software development processes and methodologies.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide engineering management and oversight of supplier software development
  • Coordinate supplier software deliveries and report periodic project status to Program Management.
  • Manage Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPAR) metrics and support issue resolution.
  • Maintain entries in the Air System Restrictions Database (ASRD) and flight-series data modules.
  • Update and publish Interface Requirements Specification and message format definitions in the Signal Interface Management System (SIMS).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

):
  • Experience with
JIRA, SW
Depot, CART and Automet
  • Experience with SIMS
  • Supplier technical management experience
  • Eligible for programs specific clearance.
REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • Accredited Bachelor's degree in Software engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift
