The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing software solutions that contribute to the strategic objectives of our organization. This position involves working collaboratively within a dynamic environment to design, develop, and maintain software applications that are critical to our operations and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

Manage and lead a team (6 to 14) responsible for the design, development, integration, test, and sustainment of software products. Establish team priorities, allocate resources, and ensure execution to cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Provide employee leadership including hiring, coaching, performance management, and development. Partner with cross-functional teams and program leadership to deliver compliant, high-quality software solutions. Manage risks, staffing, technical issues, and process improvement activities across the software lifecycle. Ensure adherence to engineering processes, customer requirements, and applicable standards. Qualifications:
