U.S. Citizenship required Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. Essential Functions Test & Evaluation Planning and Execution Lead and support the planning, coordination, execution, analysis, and reporting of Developmental Test & Evaluation (DT&E), Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E), integrated testing, and other program test events Develop comprehensive test strategies that provide objective evidence that system requirements, performance objectives, operational capabilities, and suitability requirements have been achieved Develop and review test plans, test procedures, test reports, test matrices, entrance/exit criteria, deficiency reports, and other T&E documentation Coordinate test resources including test ranges, instrumentation, threat representations, test assets, simulations, hardware/software configurations, data collection requirements, and test personnel Analyze test results and provide senior PMO leadership with assessments of system performance, technical risk, deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective actions Lead the development, staffing, coordination, and maintenance of the program's Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and/or applicable T&E strategy documentation Ensure theTEMP/T&E
strategy remains synchronized with the acquisition strategy, systems engineering plan, program schedule, requirements baseline, cybersecurity strategy, and other program documentation Update theTEMP/T&E
strategy as the program progresses through acquisition milestones, design reviews, test events, configuration changes, and fielding decisions Prepare and coordinate T&E documentation required to support major acquisition reviews and decision points Lead, facilitate, and manage the program's Test Integrated Product Team (Test IPT) Identify T&E risks, schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and technical issues early and develop mitigation strategies Brief Test IPT status, significant test findings, risks, deficiencies, and recommendations to senior program leadership and acquisition decision authorities Provide senior T&E expertise throughout the DoD 5000 acquisition framework and Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including T&E applicable pathway activities, acquisition decision points, technical reviews, and milestone decisions Support T&E preparation for acquisition and technical reviews including Systems Requirements Reviews (SRR), System Functional Reviews (SFR), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR), Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Production Readiness Reviews (PRR), and other program decision forums Advise program leadership regarding the T&E implications of acquisition strategy, schedule changes, requirements changes, engineering changes, software releases, and identified system deficiencies Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 17 years' relevant experience Demonstrated experience planning and executing complex developmental, operational, integrated, or system-level test programs Requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications, and perform system integration US Citizenship required Minimum of DoD Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field Previous experience supporting an Army Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Management Office (PMO), or Product Management Office Experience working directly with Army or DoD developmental and operational test organizations Experience supporting major weapon systems, missile/air defense systems, aviation systems, sensors, command-and-control systems, or other complex hardware/software-intensive systems DAWIA/Back-to-Basics T&E, Engineering & Technical Management, Program Management, or equivalent acquisition training/certificationWhat We Offer:
