Onsite Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Automation Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mobile application testing, with expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using industry-standard automation testing tools and frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop test plans and strategies.

Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify defects, inconsistencies.

Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provide feedback on application quality and performance.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile application testing and automation.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Java with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins).

Solid understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android), mobile application architectures, and testing methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based testing services .

Familiarity with debugging tools like Charles proxy and good understanding of API's
