Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with data engineers, architects, release management and QA teams to align testing with business requirements and rules. Ensure test teams are aligned with the overall test strategy defined by the program QA lead. Work with the QA lead to develop test plan and drive end to end testing with all teams. Support planning and design activities for program test scope, risk matrix, coverage model, NFR test strategy (performance, security, compliance) and entry/exit criteria through phases. Develop and maintain test environment configuration documentation including environment architecture and required configurations. Monitor and review delivery to ensure best practices are implemented in QA space. Facilitate root cause analysis with impacted teams. Coordinate integration test planning across internal systems and external loyalty partners. Oversee test data management, including data provisioning and maintaining representative loyalty datasets. Ensure source to target reconciliation coverage for loyalty transactions, balances, adjustments, and partner feeds. Define and maintain quality gates across the release pipeline. Support defect triage and provide architectural input on severity, impact, and cross team resolution. KSA's Knowledge of performance and load testing and risk management. Knowledge of security and compliance testing and risk management. Ability to perform impact analysis on the testing infrastructure and identify bottlenecks. Ability to define system configuration required to support end to end test scenarios. Knowledge of test automation and building test frameworks to ensure robust testing coverage. Strong SQL and data profiling skills for validating loyalty transactions, balances, and event sequencing. Understanding of data pipeline architecture, ETL/ELT flows, and schema evolution. Knowledge of loyalty program mechanics (accrual, redemption, expiration, partner integrations, promotions). Ability to define test strategies for distributed systems and event driven architectures. Experience with test data management practices and handling of PII in customer datasets. Salary Range
