has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Working cross-functionally with platform architecture, Silicon Validation, product engineering and other hardware/software teams within Apple and our vendors to develop and integrate best in class software and hardware. Designing, developing and maintaining application & hardware abstraction layer software, drivers and test programs. Developing silicon characterization algorithms, diagnostics routines and performance measurement tools. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,797 - $218,000/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.PAY & BENEFITS

Preferred Qualifications N/A Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 1 year in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Utilizing C++ or C to design and develop multithreaded software for hardware systems. Utilizing python to design and develop software tools for scripting and automation. Utilizing Gitlab or Perforce for source code management and version control. Utilizing Jenkins or Gitlab to develop continuous integration / continuous deployment pipelines leading to automation and improvement in software quality. Leveraging data visualization tools like Splunk to monitor and provide real-time analysis of software system performance. Developing libraries communicating with hardware, host computer or mobile devices. Utilizing NoSQL and SQL database technologies and databases including Oracle, MongoDB, My-SQL and data modeling Utilizing stress testing, unit testing, regression testing and integration testing for software changesBenefits
