As a Validation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Sensor System Validation team supporting next-generation vehicle platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for advancing automotive safety and performance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Contribute to sensor systems (lidar / camera / radar) verification and validation (V&V) activities for next-generation vehicle platforms. Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, and sensor hardware engineers to develop and refine V&V methodologies for advanced sensor architectures. Design and execute test plans in simulation environments to verify sensing system requirements and validate system-level performance. Translate bounding scenario requirements into actionable data mining plans and execute these plans to generate validation datasets. Integrate and orchestrate software pipelines to convert sensor data into meaningful system-level KPIs. What's Needed? A Ph.D. degree in relevant fields OR a master's degree in engineering with 3+ years of experience in sensor/perception systems development and/or testing. Familiarity with at least one sensor modality: camera, lidar, or radar. Experience with Data Mining tools and languages such as SQL, PySpark, Scala, or similar. Proficiency in analyzing data using Python or other high-level languages like Matlab or C++. Experience working and communicating effectively in collaborative environments. What's in it for me?
