Our goal is simple:

give young athletes access to objective performance testing, professional technology, and meaningful performance insights that can help them better understand and develop their athletic potential. We are looking for college students and collegiate student-athletes who are passionate about sports, performance, and working with young athletes to join our team as Athlete Performance Testers . This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience in sports performance while being part of a growing organization that is raising the standard for youth athlete testing. Your Role as an EPTI Tester As an EPTI Tester, you will help conduct professional-level performance testing for competitive youth soccer players.

You will:

Work hands-on with performance testing technology used by professional clubs , including force plates, sprint timing systems, reaction systems, and other testing technologies. Conduct testing protocols accurately and consistently while following EPTI's established procedures. Lead and guide young athletes through testing in a professional, positive, and encouraging environment. Help athletes understand the testing process and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout their experience. Record and manage testing data accurately. Represent EPTI and maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and energy at every testing event. Gain valuable hands-on experience in sport science, athlete testing, performance development, and youth athlete development . Work alongside professionals with experience at the professional, collegiate, and international levels . Develop skills that can translate into future opportunities in sport science, strength & conditioning, coaching, athletic performance, sports management, and sports operations . Who We're Looking For We are especially interested in: College students and collegiate student-athletes studying or interested in kinesiology, exercise science, sport science, strength & conditioning, athletic training, physical education, sports management, or related fields. Student-athletes who understand the demands of competitive sports and enjoy working with younger athletes. Individuals who are energetic, dependable, professional, and comfortable working directly with athletes and families. People who are interested in learning how technology and objective data can be used to better understand athletic performance. Individuals who are willing to learn EPTI's testing protocols and consistently execute them accurately. Previous experience with performance testing is helpful, but not required. EPTI will provide training on our testing protocols, technology, and procedures. What We're Looking For in Our Testers Technical knowledge is only part of what makes a great EPTI Tester.

Schedule EPTI offers a flexible schedule designed to work around college classes, collegiate training, competitions, and other commitments . Testing events may take place on weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends depending on the testing schedule. Priority will be given to Testers who demonstrate greater availability and flexibility .
