Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test strategies and test cases Perform Functional System Integration Regression Smoke and User Acceptance Testing UAT support Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and custom application functionalities Test Salesforce configurations including Flows Validation Rules Approval Processes Workflows and Reports Execute end to end testing of Salesforce integrations with external systems Identify log track and retest defects using defect management tools Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to resolve issues Validate data integrity and data migration activities within Salesforce Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint testing activities Prepare test summary reports and maintain test documentation
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Salesforce Testing Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Platform Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Experience in Functional Regression Integration and UAT Testing Knowledge of Salesforce Objects Profiles Roles Permission Sets and Security Models Experience in validating Salesforce Flows Validation Rules and Approval Processes Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools Strong SQLSOQL knowledge for data validation Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Salesforce Test Automation using Selenium Tosca or Provar Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with CICD processes and DevOps practices Salesforce Administrator Certification or related Salesforce Certifications The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $23.11/hour - $36.12/hour.
